A response to the LRRG

On 11 January 2013 the Call for Evidence of the Land Reform Review Group closes.

With “open access” to the fruits of academic labour in mind, here is my draft response. If you see anything in it that you think can be improved or that you disagree with, please let me know. If you see anything that you would like to use in your own response, I would be delighted for you to do so but do please provide due credit.

I am never sure how to pitch these responses: overly scholarly is out, but then again so is overly chatty. Again, if you even have any comments on style please let me know. Preferably before 10 January, for obvious reasons.
