The 2024 Housing (Scotland) Bill – my consultation response

In April, I uploaded four separate blog posts about the consultation on the new Housing (Scotland) Bill. The first of those posts looked at the overall context and the rent provisions. The second post considered evictions. The third post covered other residential tenancy reforms. A fourth and final post considered the homelessness provisions.

I have now submitted my response to the consultation (PDF).

Should anyone who has not yet submitted a response still wish to do so, you have until close of play on 24 May to do that..
